It looks like tentacle sex to me. I don't know much about tentacle sex. The tentacles are between their legs dripping white liquid over their bodies especially their breast. Just writing that sentence made me think that something is wrong with this cover. No it doesn't explicitly suggest rape but it is extremely implied. Do you think that the women are actually enjoying being molested by big nasty tentacles? No, so that means it is not consensual. Another part of the cover that suggest rape is that the monsters and tentacles desire is to dominate the victims which is the primary cause of rape. Just my opinion!!!!
