Its a shame that they wouldnt use Black lighting in the Superfriends cartoon. They made up Black Vulcan to keep from paying Tony Isabella (Black Lightnings creator) royalties.

I’m familar with Ms Rambeau. also known Photon. I think shes going by Pulsar now. You can read about her currently in Marvels “Next Wave” title.

Their is a “Black,” Captain Marvel. She served as team leader of The Avengers for a brief time.
