The entire vampire, blood thirsty genre is tired as of now. So Blade would need a new nemesis, a new motivation, a new reason not to give to his inner vampire hunger. However, I don't like the idea of a reboot. This seems to me an attempt to restart the franchise so it could keep going. I understand Weslely Snipes can't do the character forever.
