It was just how I remember it. I think the remake is going to be bad simply because the original is a cult classic. You won't see a remake of Evil Dead, or Dog Day Afternoon, or The Rocky Horror Picture Show. If they did, they won't be successful, because you can never capture the magic of the first one. Other than Sam, how do you capture the innocence of Taimak? Who do you cast as Laura Charles, Beyonce? And who's going to capture the insanity of Eddie Arkadian?
