No offense to Jack Nicholson or the late Heath Ledger, but the greatest Joker voice belongs to Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill. If you don’t believe, go rent Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. The gameplay is excellent. The developers created a rich beautiful world where Batman gets to show why he’s the baddest non-superpowered hero in the D.C. Universe.
